Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to scheduled photo sessions. Please review our rescheduling policy below:
Client Rescheduling: If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, the client may reschedule their session at least 48 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should the client fail to give 48 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, the session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. The fee is equal to 35% of the final price of the service. Please note that the rescheduling policy outlined above may vary for private events and weddings, where different terms and conditions apply.
Client Rescheduling (Private Events and Weddings): For private events and weddings, a one-week notice is required for rescheduling in order to avoid any fees. Should the client fail to give one-week notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, the session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. The fee is equal to 35% of the final price of the service.
Photographer Rescheduling: The photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate the client's schedule and preferences for the new session date and time. If the photographer fails to provide a 48-hour notice for rescheduling, ELBEBOS team will provide a 20% discount off the final price of the service as compensation.

Copyrights and Usage Rights: All photographs captured by ELBEBOS are protected by copyright law. We retain the copyright and ownership of the images, granting clients limited usage rights for personal use. Any commercial or editorial use of the images requires prior written consent and may be subject to additional fees.
Client Responsibility: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control or for the behavior of individuals during the photography session.
Archiving: After three (3) months, all images will be purged from the photographer’s hard drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by the photographer at the photographer’s sole discretion.
Loss or Damage: The photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, including but not limited to equipment malfunction, data corruption, or theft.
